Our seller came to us after an unsuccessful sale with a previous broker.
They were hopeful to sell to close a chapter and support an unexpected move east to Florida.
We spent considerable time on the initial CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) and came to the conclusion that if priced appropriately the property should sell near instantaneously (in real estate time).
The result was a pending sale in two weeks at just over asking price at $715K
The transaction closed as expected and on time.
We are thankful to our buyer for their trust and all related performance of all parties.

One of the best and most consistent north coast breaks is just south of the Promenade.
🏆 Coffee
Great coffee spot on the north coast that opens early 5AM for the fisherman and Realtors..
