This is an excellent example of Sesemi Services, an off-market and both seller and buyer represented transaction!
Our buyers have family and an affinity for fishing, and our sellers had a prime STR that was fortunately re-eligible for short-term rental vacation rental usages.
To be frank: dealing with ourselves and our clients was one of the most efficient transactions of the year! We were in contract the second week of October and are closing early just before month’s end!
We are thankful to our buyer for their trust and all related performance of all parties.
