Sometimes what you’re looking for is not where you thought it would be.
That’s exactly the full-story behind one of our most recent and efficient coastal STR sales in Florence Oregon. Our client was a local physician seeking a superior investment/second home within an hour or two of Eugene.
Optimally - Yachats would have been the preferred (initial) destination but due to licensing, zoning and rental restrictions, we expanded our geographical region in the pursuit of greater investment options..
Low-and-behold within a week or two of serious prospecting the PERFECT property presented itself: 88542 3rd Ave Florence OR
Brand new LUXURY construction, never lived in, furnished, walk-to-the-beach and STR eligible within an hour of the client’s home address.
Needless to say, the showing went extremely well and we were able to get the property under contract for the buyer within a few days of the home coming to market.
Timing is often essential to a successful STR transaction here on the Oregon Coast, so we were able to connect the buyer with one of our preferred lenders - featuring a special physician focused loan program..and the rest as they say is history..
